What’s the role?

Own and manage the full set-up process for all digital campaigns that are assigned to you including:

• Reviewing sales orders and validating for implementation.
• Completing set-up calls with customers.
• Briefing range of internal fulfilment teams across digital products.
• Seeking customer approvals.
• Allocation and set-up of campaign products (e.g. call tracking).
• Campaigns will be set-up and live within the expected timeframe.
• Amazing customer service to our clients and internal sales teams.
• Input into our operations processes and systems as our business grows and changes.

• A great level of positive energy to deliver across multiple deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable following detailed workflow processes.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with our digital specialists, sales teams and fulfilment teams.
• Exposure to digital marketing an advantage but otherwise a hunger and will to learn at speed as full training will be provided.

What’s the role?

The business is growing rapidly, and there is an opportunity for you to join as an Intern and learn the ins-and-outs of the marketing technology stack & it’s role in analysis and automation.

• You will join the marketing-technology team, which sits at the core of the business as the go-to for all things tech: marketing automation, conversion rate optimisation, split testing, website and visitor tagging, analytics, reporting, analysis, landing page builds & more…
• Full training & relevant certifications will be provided with a well-structured program, closely managed by the Marketing Director.
• There is also the potential for permanent placement & career progression within the company upon successful completion!

What’s the role?

• Cold calling to gain new clients.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for growing revenue as well as the day to day management of these accounts / and ensure customer success and satisfaction for continued sales.
• Articulating The Marketing Experts Value proposition to clients.
• Identify growth opportunities among existing clients to grow revenue and work with leads to develop proposals.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Support new business acquisition including but not limited to proposal writing, preparing for and delivering pitches.
• Prepare and deliver top quality proposals and presentations to clients to demonstrate progress and upsell additional products and services.
• Managing and maintaining leads provided from external events/marketing and follow up where required.

 
Who are you?

• A non-negotiable is that you can demonstrate strong and excellent English verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Have a passion for digital marketing and helping business grow.
• Strong active listening skills, numeracy and an analytical mind set.
• a minimum 1 year in similar type of sales role.
• Must have hunger and drive and the ability to close sales.
• Someone with strong follow-up skills.
• A good understanding of how websites, SEO, social media and Paid Digital Ads work.
• High level customer relationship management skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain long lasting customer relationships.
• Ability to meet targets.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills and ability to deliver clear concise ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work both on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Bright, motivated and driven.
• Positive thinker, with a can-do attitude.
