Machine Learning Engineer  

This is a great opportunity for a Machine Learning Engineer, or a Data Scientist looking to grow their experience in the area of solution deployment, working with a range of commercial and consumer facing brands.

Prompt Engineer

We are currently looking for a programmer with a background in data science or the use of NLP datasets to take on an exciting new role as a prompt engineer within a rapidly growing industry sector.   

The primary role of the Prompt Engineer will be to work with new and existing TME clients as they engage with artificial intelligence and other text-text solutions to create the best possible outcomes.   

Consultant, AI & Automation Engineer

As our Consultant, AI & Automation Engineer, you will be part of our data and technology team – based in our Sydney or Melbourne offices delivering a range of projects for our Tier one and two clients.   

The primary role of the Prompt Engineer will be to work with new and existing TME clients as they engage with artificial intelligence and other text-text solutions to create the best possible outcomes.   

Data Manager  

 Our TME data and analytics team are looking for a self-motivated data and analytics manager, who will lead the process of data delivery while transforming and scaling up our service offerings within new client portfolios.  

 This is an exciting opportunity to join an ever-growing team of digital professionals allowing you to grow and develop your skills further in a supportive environment. In this role candidates must be willing to work in the Sydney office for three days per week and open to flexible working arrangements.  

SEO Manager  

As the SEO Manager, you will lead the team of existing resources to further improve the development of effective strategies and the use of SEO to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our clients.   

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO and account management, with a proven track record of success.

Own and manage the full set-up process for all digital campaigns that are assigned to you including:

  • Reviewing sales orders and validating for implementation.
  • Completing set-up calls with customers.
  • Briefing range of internal fulfilment teams across digital products.
  • Seeking customer approvals.
  • Allocation and set-up of campaign products (e.g. call tracking).
  • Campaigns will be set-up and live within the expected timeframe.
  • Amazing customer service to our clients and internal sales teams.
  • Input into our operations processes and systems as our business grows and changes.

What’s the role?

  • Cold calling to gain new clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for growing revenue as well as the day to day management of these accounts / and ensure customer success and satisfaction for continued sales.
  • Articulating The Marketing Experts Value proposition to clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities among existing clients to grow revenue and work with leads to develop proposals.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Support new business acquisition including but not limited to proposal writing, preparing for and delivering pitches.
  • Prepare and deliver top quality proposals and presentations to clients to demonstrate progress and upsell additional products and services.
  • Managing and maintaining leads provided from external events/marketing and follow up where required.

 
Who are you?

  • A non-negotiable is that you can demonstrate strong and excellent English verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
